It is a good idea to call or e mail for an initial discussion this can take up to 30 minutes and a time can be arranged to suit us both. All appointments are offered through video link or telephone at the moment.

Please be aware that Skype, telephone and online appointments are very common now. I am able to provide these sessions and this may be more suitable for your situation and also geographical location. I work with people from all parts of the UK at the moment. I have also been doing remote NHS work for nearly 2 years during the pandemic.

The first 30 minute chat is free and thereafter the sessions will be £70 per hour. The first 2 appointments will assess and plan treatment including duration of sessions required and this will be explained to you at the beginning. The amount of sessions required depends on the presenting issues but could be between 5 and 15 sessions but this will be agreed at an early stage in treatment. The first 2 full sessions need to be paid in advance and thereafter payment is taken for each session at the start.

Appointments can be re-arranged most times, however if there is non -attendance or cancellation within 24hours of the appointment a fee of £30 will be charged to cover time set aside , but discuss this with me directly if it might be a problem.
